We provide revisions based on the package selected by the customer.
Customers may request revisions without additional charges.
Revisions are applicable only if the original content and concept remain unchanged.
Revision turnaround time is approximately 48 hours.
To ensure quality service for all customers:
We provide up to 10 free revisions per project.
Additional revisions beyond this limit may incur extra charges.
Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to provide security and transparency for both the client and Ink Publisher.
Refund requests are processed according to the following terms unless Ink Publisher terminates the agreement due to breach or non-performance.
Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
Refunds are not applicable if:
Initial content/designs have already been delivered
Revisions have been requested
The cancellation is due to a change of mind after the allowed timeframe
If a refund request is made before the initial content delivery:
Eligible for a full refund
A 10% service & processing fee will be deducted
Eligible for a 66% refund
Subject to a 10% service & processing fee
Eligible for a 33% refund
Subject to a 10% service & processing fee
No refund requests will be entertained after 120 hours of initial delivery.
Customers may still contact support for assistance.
No refunds will be issued if no action is taken on the order for 30 days.
Reactivation may require additional charges depending on the project.
No refunds after final delivery or project completion.
Refunds apply only to the unapproved portion of a bundled package.
Approved services are non-refundable.
Refund requests must be based on valid concerns related to:
Project brief mismatch
Quality issues supported by revision feedback
Refunds may be denied if revisions can resolve the issue.
Refunds apply only to genuine orders placed in good faith.
Refunds may be declined if:
Multiple agencies were hired for the same project
Services were misused for free concepts
Clients must:
Provide timely feedback
Participate in revision cycles
Approve work within reasonable timelines
We provide a 100% unique content guarantee.
If similarity occurs with existing work:
Revisions/redraws will be provided
Similarity is considered coincidental
Clients are responsible for copyright registration.
No refunds after approval or revision requests.
No refunds after production starts.
No refunds after formatting or upload.
No refunds after printing begins.
No refunds after initial draft delivery.
No refunds after editing starts.
No refunds after final approval.
No refunds after completion or launch.
All refund requests must be sent to support.
Ink Publisher reserves the right to approve or reject requests case-by-case.

Clients may not use, publish, or claim refunded content.
